Muchos estudios demuestran que con la falta de movilidad pueden aparecer problemas de rigidez articular, p\u00e9rdida de fuerza muscular y problemas respiratorios y circulatorios, por ello os queremos dar una serie de recomendaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Hacer ejercicio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sigue un programa de ejercicios ajustado a tus posibilidades. Intenta organizarte y encontrar un hueco para hacerlo.
