Es m\u00e1s com\u00fan en las mujeres y especialmente a partir de la menopausia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/strong>: problemas de coraz\u00f3n y vasos sangu\u00edneos que pueden provocar insuficiencia cardiaca, arritmias, entre otros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hipertensi\u00f3n o presi\u00f3n arterial alta<\/strong>: puede provocar enfermedades cardiovasculares o insuficiencia renal, entre otros problemas graves.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00e1ncer<\/strong>: enfermedad que afecta a much\u00edsimas mujeres y con la que en Curves estamos 100% concienciadas. El ejercicio puede ayudar a la recuperaci\u00f3n de muchas mujeres que han sufrido un <a href=\"https:\/\/gimnasiocurves.com\/curves-lucha-contra-el-cancer-de-mama\/\">c\u00e1ncer de mama<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sobrepeso<\/strong>: alto peso de una persona derivado de un m\u00fasculo, hueso o agua adicional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obesidad<\/strong>: enfermedad generada por el alto nivel de grasa corporal de una persona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada vez somos m\u00e1s conscientes de los beneficios que puede aportar un ejercicio regular a nuestra salud.
