{"id":521,"date":"2019-12-11T13:25:25","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T13:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gimnasiocurves.com\/?p=521"},"modified":"2020-01-31T16:40:20","modified_gmt":"2020-01-31T16:40:20","slug":"recuperacion-y-estiramientos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gimnasiocurves.com\/eus\/recuperacion-y-estiramientos\/","title":{"rendered":"Recuperaci\u00f3n y Estiramientos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Durante el entrenamiento en Curves tambi\u00e9n tenemos en cuenta aspectos b\u00e1sicos para prevenir posibles lesiones y mejorar los resultados.<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Para mantener los m\u00fasculos j\u00f3venes debemos ejercitarlos<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>El <strong>Stepper de recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, m\u00e1quina incluida dentro del <a href=\"https:\/\/gimnasiocurves.com\/entrenamiento-para-fortalecer-piernas-abdomen-y-gluteos\/\">circuito<\/a>, nos ayuda a mantener y utilizar la intensidad adecuada durante el entrenamiento y llegar a la frecuencia card\u00edaca objetivo en el circuito.<\/p>\n<p>Al finalizar los <a href=\"https:\/\/gimnasiocurves.com\/mejora-tu-estilo-de-vida-con-el-entrenamiento-de-fuerza-en-curves-bizkaia\/\">30 minutos de entrenamiento<\/a>, y cuando los m\u00fasculos est\u00e1n todav\u00eda calientes, es imprescindible realizar el <strong>Circuito de Estiramientos<\/strong> durante 5 minutos.
