Se fortalecen la cara interna y externa de los muslos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prensa de piernas<\/strong>: con esta m\u00e1quina se ejercitan los cu\u00e1driceps, psoas il\u00edaco, gl\u00fateos e isquiotibiales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sentadillas<\/strong>: se ejercitan los cu\u00e1driceps, psoas il\u00edaco, gl\u00fateos e isquiotibiales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extensi\u00f3n y retracci\u00f3n de piernas<\/strong>: con esta m\u00e1quina se ejercitan los cu\u00e1driceps e isquiotibiales. Estos ejercicios te ayudar\u00e1n a moverte con facilidad.
