Es la m\u00e1quina perfecta para ayudarnos a definir nuestra cintura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mariposa pectoral<\/strong>: pectorales, trapecios, romboides, dorsal ancho<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prensa de hombros<\/strong>: se ejercitan los m\u00fasculos deltoides, trapecio y dorsal ancho.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obl\u00edcuos<\/strong>: esta m\u00e1quina ayuda a fortalecer el tronco, ejercitando los m\u00fasculos obl\u00edcuos internos y externos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Encogimiento de hombros<\/strong>: se ejercitan los m\u00fasculos deltoides, trapecio y dorsal ancho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las situaciones diarias en las que puedes notar los resultados del entrenamiento podr\u00edan ser: doblarse para ponerse los zapatos y recoger un paquete; girarse para mirar hacia atr\u00e1s; ba\u00f1arse; coger peso de una estanter\u00eda; sacar la compra del carro para meterla en el coche, entre otros.
