No nos damos cuenta en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda pero la <strong>depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad o estr\u00e9s<\/strong> acaban causando <strong>s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos<\/strong> como el dolor abdominal, dolor de cabeza, dolor muscular o tensi\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n<p>Las mujeres que realizan <strong>ejercicio semanalmente<\/strong> consiguen una <strong>sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar y energ\u00eda<\/strong> mucho m\u00e1s duradera, algo fundamental para mantener una buena salud emocional.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 3 de octubre fue el d\u00eda europeo de la depresi\u00f3n, y desde Curves hacemos un trabajo contin\u00fao en <strong>mejorar la salud de much\u00edsimas mujeres <\/strong>en nuestros centros de Barakaldo, Bilbao y Las Arenas. Una de las caracter\u00edsticas propias del <a href=\"https:\/\/gimnasiocurves.com\/eus\/el-metodo-definitivo-para-estar-en-forma-pensado-para-todo-tipo-de-mujeres\/\">circuito de Curves<\/a> es el limitado tiempo de entrenamiento, y es que en tan solo 30 minutos es posible hacer un entrenamiento completo del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El ejercicio cardiovascular y entrenamiento de fuerza<\/strong> que trabajamos en Curves consigue que las mujeres que acuden al gimnasio puedan aliviar el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, los 30 minutos de entrenamiento son una <strong>distracci\u00f3n de las preocupaciones del d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/strong> Nos permite romper el ciclo de pensamientos negativos que alimentan la mala salud mental que algunas mujeres padecen.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el ejercicio libera endorfinas. Esto provoca una <strong>mejora del \u00e1nimo, la concentraci\u00f3n y la energ\u00eda de muchas mujeres<\/strong>. De hecho, el ejercicio puede tratar la depresi\u00f3n leve y moderada con la misma eficacia que algunos medicamentos antidepresivos, evitando tambi\u00e9n posibles reca\u00eddas.<\/p>\n<h3>El ejercicio regular solo tiene beneficios, puede ayudar a hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos de una forma m\u00e1s sencilla y saludable, estimular el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y reducir el impacto del estr\u00e9s.
