Lo que menos nos apetece es meternos en la cocina y ponernos a cocinar. Por ello, te hemos preparado una recopilaci\u00f3n de nuestras mejores\u00a0<strong>recetas de verano f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidas<\/strong>\u00a0de hacer en casa<\/p><h1><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 26px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: 'Omnes Medium', Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline;\">Fusili con verduras y anchoas<\/span><\/span><\/h1><p>Ingredientes<\/p><ul class=\"rd_ingredients\"><li>400 gr fusilli<\/li><li>1 cebolla<\/li><li>2 calabacines medianos<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><li>1 bote peque\u00f1o de anchoas en aceite de oliva<\/li><li>Queso parmesano<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Pimienta<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>En una cazuela ponemos un poco de aceite y un diente de ajo. Cuando el aceite se empiece a calentar, a\u00f1adimos las anchoas, con aceite de la lata y dejamos cocinando a fuego lento.<\/li><li>Aparte cortamos en dados peque\u00f1os la cebolla, que agregaremos a la cazuela cuando veamos que las anchoas est\u00e1n casi desechas.<\/li><li>Mientras, ponemos una olla con agua abundante y sal para hervir la pasta.<\/li><li>Cuando la cebolla este pochada, apagamos el fuego y en este momento a\u00f1adimos los calabacines rallados mejor que cortados.<\/li><li>Escurrimos la pasta, y la mezclamos con la verdura y la anchoa en la cazuela.<\/li><li>Espolvoreamos un poco de queso parmesano u otro que nos guste, y pimienta negra al gusto y servimos caliente.<\/li><\/ol><h1><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zumo de fresas y naranja<\/span><\/h1><p>Ingredientes<\/p><ul class=\"rd_ingredients\"><li>Necesitaremos, 250 ml de zumo de naranja (aproximadamente una taza) 150 gramos de fresas con sus hojas y una licuadora \u00f3 batidora.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Limpia las fresas y quita las hojas, pero no las tires.<\/li><li>Exprime las naranjas hasta hacer un jugo y \u00e9chalo en la licuadora.<\/li><li>Agrega las fresas ya limpias y a\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n las hojas ya que son muy saludables y le dar\u00e1n un toque delicioso al zumo.<\/li><li>Mezcla los ingredientes y d\u00e9jalos durante unos minutos.<\/li><li>Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de agua para que la mezcla quede m\u00e1s ligera.<\/li><li>S\u00edrvelo en un vaso largo. Si quieres puedes agregar un poco de hielo picado en el vaso de la licuadora para no esperar a que se enfr\u00ede el zumo. \u00a1As\u00ed cuentas con m\u00e1s vitaminas!.<\/li><li>Para decorar el vaso puedes hacer un corte en la parte inferior de una fresa y colocarla en el borde del vaso.<\/li><\/ol><h1><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tortitas de avena con platano<\/span><\/h1><p>Ingredientes<\/p><ul class=\"rd_ingredients\"><li>5 cucharadas de harina de avena<\/li><li>100 g de fresas<\/li><li>75 ml de leche vegetal<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de miel<\/li><li>\u00bd cucharadita de levadura<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar moreno<\/li><li>canela<\/li><li>1 huevo<\/li><li>2 pl\u00e1tanos<\/li><li>sal<\/li><li>\u00bd cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li><li>mantequilla<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Casca el huevo en un bol y b\u00e1telo junto con el az\u00facar. A\u00f1ade la leche y mezcla. Tamiza encima la harina con la levadura, la canela y una pizca de sal. Pela los pl\u00e1tanos. Aplasta uno de ellos con un tenedor y a\u00f1\u00e1delo al bol. Aromatiza con la vainilla. Bate hasta conseguir una crema homog\u00e9nea. Calienta 1 cucharada de mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente peque\u00f1a y cuaja la masa anterior en forma de tortitas. Cu\u00e9celas 2 minutos por cada lado. Ret\u00edralas y res\u00e9rvalas. Limpia las fresas, l\u00e1valas y c\u00f3rtalas con el pl\u00e1tano restante en rodajas. Reparte las tortitas en los platos intercalando tortitas y capas de fruta.
