Un claro ejemplo: cuando empezamos con un programa de entrenamientos como es el entrenamiento de Curves, por lo general ganamos masa muscular y perdemos grasa gracias a el esfuerzo que no puede verse reflejado en la b\u00e1scula a pesar de ser un cambio muy positivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">La importancia de combinar una buena dieta con ejercicio<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>El objetivo siempre debe ser reducir grasa sin perder m\u00fasculo<\/strong> ya que cuando nos sometemos a dietas desequilibradas, reducimos mucho la ingesta y rebajamos calor\u00edas, y nuestro cuerpo sigue necesitando un aporte de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cu\u00e1ndo la dieta es muy restrictiva y no incluye los nutrientes que necesitamos nuestro cuerpo lo primero que coge es masa muscular y masa grasa, as\u00ed que <strong>se pierde mucho m\u00fasculo si adem\u00e1s de la dieta no realizamos ejercicio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La perdida de masa muscular<\/strong> se relaciona con problemas de salud no solo en personas de mayor edad si no que a corto plazo <strong>ralentiza nuestro ritmo metab\u00f3lico.<\/strong> El m\u00fasculo gasta m\u00e1s energ\u00eda que la masa grasa, lo que significa que aunque comamos menos vamos a acumular mas energ\u00eda en forma de grasa por que no tenemos m\u00fasculo para gastarla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para evitarlo lo ideal es combinar la alimentaci\u00f3n y el deporte, realizar <strong>20 minutos diarios de ejercicios de fuerza<\/strong> como m\u00ednimo para mantener el m\u00fasculo y asegurar una ingesta de 1,6 gr de prote\u00edna por kilo de peso al d\u00eda.
